Anonymous asked: I was wondering if Myrika's Against All Odds was now published? I really do wish to read/buy it.
No, it’s not. Maybe in the future!
Anonymous asked: Hi, I only just recently read Reason & Romance by Myrika on FictionPress. It's removed and only the first chapters available so I'd like to know where I could read the rest of the story :) Thanks in advance
Not posted anywhere, sorry! :)
himalitamale asked: So I know I am really late with all this but I went to fictionpress a week ago and found Against All Odds By Myrika and i really wanted to read it. And then i signed an application for PlagiarismHaven and now I find out you guys closed it. I reallyy want to read Myrika's story. Is there anyway I can read the whole thing?
No, sorry, it’s not posted anywhere :)
iwillbebluenette asked: Do you guys still use this? Anyways... Have you seen Stoker yet? the visuals oh the visuals... but really, I don't know if you'd agree but it sort of reminded me of WH's Aubrey and Abide With Me's Mia and Morris... Hope everyone of you is well!!! :)
We don’t really use this anymore, since we hang out on PostHaven and our individual twitters/tumblrs, but we’re all doing well!
look-amongthestars asked: Oh my goodness. I am literally crying. I am so sad you close plagiarism haven. I'm not even kidding. I was once a member last year, but I had some problems I needed to over come and reading was not a priority. And now I'm finally back, and you're gone. I was wondering if you guys are going to ever publish "Six feet from paradise" I literally think of that book all the time. And cry occasionally. I love it, and would buy it. Also, could you name the book about the hendersons?
Jen is working on editing SFFP for querying and publication, so that’s exciting news!
Anonymous asked: Do you think you'll ever open PH again?
Unfortunately, no. We’ve moved onto publication, writing in other places, or dealing with real-life stuff.
cruelbrightweapons asked: As a reader who followed some of the PH authors before PH existed, PH was a blessing when I thought those stories had been pulled forever. Having PH for as long as we did was a blessing to the readers, and even after I stopped using LiveJournal to actually blog, I checked it obsessively for my favorite stories. That said, I look forward to reading all of your work either online in different venues or as published novels :) thank you for all the good times.
You’re welcome. We’re still around in PostHaven and we’ll definitely keep you guys updated! <3<3<3
Anonymous asked: Hi! Do you mind me asking why you closed PH permanently? I was never in it, so I was just wondering.
We were just too busy to give PH the love and attention that it deserved, but three years and a half is a good run!
Anonymous asked: Will we ever be able to read the stories that were on Plagiarism Haven? There were some that I'd wanted to read for ages, and I was going to join but I never got a chance to. A note to you all, please do all of your fans a favour and try all you can to get published! You all have the talent for it, and that way we'll be able to read your amazing stuff over and over again. Thanks for all you've done for us, it's a shame it has to end:-(
Candid is self-publishing her stories. Em Wolf has plans to do so, and Simmy has started posting her stories in her writing journal. Jen plans to do the same while she pursues publication. Meg is also interested in publication.
We’re trying our best to share our stories! You’re welcome.
Anonymous asked: Although I can understand why you did, I'm so upset that you chose to close PlagiarismHaven. I hadn't applied for it yet because I was waiting for the January deletion to come and go, and now you've closed it so I wont be able to read the stories I never got a chance to. Like I said, I completely understand why you closed it, no matter how sad it is for your fans, but I just wanted to wish you all luck in life, and I seriously hope you all get published, you deserve it!
This wasn’t a decision we made lightly, but we felt it was the right one to make because we were busier than ever and going in different directions. Here’s hoping that everyone gets published!
yoursillygirl88 asked: Hi PH! So I've been trying to see what's new on your LiveJournal account, but it says that the account has been deleted and purged! What's going on and when will you be back?! :(
We closed PlagiarismHaven permanently. We have PostHaven to discuss writing and share book recommendations and updates, but that’s all for now!
Somewhere I put it this way: first drafts are for learning what one’s fiction wants him to say. Revision works with that knowledge to enlarge and enhance an idea, to reform it. Revision is one of the exquisite pleasures of writing.”
